Due to family circumstances I am going to have to withdraw from BU for the coming semester and need someone to sublet my apartment for the fall semester and possibly for spring 2013 as well.
Apartment is close to downtown, already furnished, includes heat, water and gas, and has off street parking. Ideal for quite types that would prefer to have their own private space. The sublet is available beginning July 1.
