Alvarez Acoustic Guitar w/ Hard Case - (Binghamton for sale in Binghamton, New York

I have a model RD8 Alvarez Acoustic Guitar. The guitar is 5 years old but looks brand new. There are a few minor marks on the pick guard from trying to teach myself how to play it. Also there are a few scratches on the case. Besides that the guitar is in excellent condition and perfect for someone who is just starting off to learn how to play. I have a beginner's guitar instruction book that I will throw in for free.
